There will be a Comprehensive Planning committee meeting on Thursday October 12th at 6:30 pm at our township hall. Public is welcome to attend.

There will be a special trustee joint session with Bennington township trustees on Monday September 25 at 6:30 pm at the Bennington township hall to discuss cuts to the Hartford fire department. Public is welcome to attend.

The trustees will be holding an executive session Saturday September 16th, from 8am until 10am conducting interviews for township road superintendent. This meeting is closed to the public.

There will be a special trustee meeting on Monday August 28 at 7pm to discuss cutting the fire department budget to address a budget shortfall, the concerns of Bennington township, and applicants for roads superintendent. Public is welcome to attend.

There will be a special trustee meeting Saturday August 12th at 8 AM at the township hall. Public is welcome to attend. The meeting is to address the fact the Hartford Township fire department only has $2.82 currently left in the budget. The trustees will discuss and vote on a resolution to ask Bennington Township for a funds advance of approximately $59,000 to cover August 2023 Hartford fire department payroll.

There will be a special session trustee meeting on Friday August 4th at 7PM to hire Tim Debolt as a temporary township employee for $18.00 per hour to mow our township cemeteries with township equipment. Public is welcome to attend.

There will be a special session trustee meeting on Monday July 31st at 7PM to discuss a special fire protection contract for the duration of the Hartford fair 2023 with a fair representative. Public is welcome to attend.

We are holding a special trustee meeting on July 13 at 7:00 pm. NOTE - This meeting was originally announced for July 10. This meeting will be held to discuss hiring of firefighters and the July budget. The public is welcome to attend.

Our July regular monthly trustee meeting will be rescheduled to Wednesday July 26 at 7:00 pm.

Our June township meeting will be rescheduled. It will be the second Tuesday of the month on June 13th at 7pm.

We are holding a special trustee meeting on May 19 at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be held to discuss opportunities for our payroll system. The public is welcome to attend.

We are holding a special trustee meeting on April 25 at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be held at the Bennington Township Hall to discuss the terms of our joint fire/EMS contract. The public is welcome to attend.

This resolution was signed by the Bennington township trustees to amend our current fire and EMS service contract. This resolution will be a topic of discussion at our township meeting Monday April 17, 2023.

On Saturday, April 1st at 8:00am the trustees will be meeting to approve and sign a resolution to officially appoint Adam Lanthon as township fiscal officer. Public is welcome to attend.

We are holding a special trustee meeting on March 23 at 6:00 pm. This meeting will be held at the Hartford Township Hall 2 High Street, Hartford 43013 A special session for the trustees to discuss and sign an authorization for a complete fiscal audit of the township and appropriate funds for roads department equipment maintenance. The public is welcome to attend.
